To maintain the quality of our services and ensure fairness to all, we have implemented policies regarding cancellations, lateness and no-shows. While we understand that emergencies can happen, repeated instances of late cancellations or no-shows may impact our ability to serve you and our other valued customers effectively.
Our policies are as follows
- Our front door will promptly lock when class begins.
- A $10 cancellation fee will apply to all students who cancel a reserved spot within 7 days of the class.
- A $15 no show fee will apply if a student does not show up for a reserved spot in class.
We greatly appreciate your cooperation and understanding in adhering to these policies. By doing so, you help us maintain a smooth and organized schedule while also allowing us to better serve all of our clients. These policies will allows us to offer the time slot to someone else who may be waiting for an opportunity to visit us and keep everyone accountable for arriving on time for their scheduled class.
