Upeksha Yoga Shala Policies

Arrive Early: Please arrive at least 5 minutes before class begins to settle in without disturbing others.
 

Mat Rentals: Mats will not be provided. We kindly ask that you bring your own mat. If you forget, you may borrow one with a $5 donation to the studio.
 

No Late Entry: To respect everyone's time and maintain the sacred space we share, doors will be locked at the start of class and no late entry will be permitted.
 

Late Cancellations: We are a smaller studio, and so any last-minute cancellations before class will incur a small fee.
 

Practice Seva: Seva means selfless service, giving without expecting anything in return. At Upeksha, we practice seva by caring for our shared space. Washing your mugs, cleaning our rental mats and putting away props after class are simple acts that keep everyone connected while bringing in good karma.
 

Boundaries: At Upeksha, we have strong boundaries rooted in mutual respect. Any abuse, harassment, or disruptive behaviour will not be tolerated.

All purchases of class packages and memberships are non-refundable. We encourage you to choose your options carefully and reach out if you have any questions before purchasing. Thank you for understanding and supporting our community!
