Staying true to yogic principles, each class is crafted with authenticity and taught from a place of passion.

The word Upeksha — meaning equanimity or compassionate detachment in Sanskrit — reflects the heart of our philosophy: inner peace, compassion, and reverence for ancient wisdom. In Buddhism, Upekkha (Pali) is one of the Four Brahmaviharas, embodying a serene, impartial mind that embraces all beings with calmness and non-attachment.
